The first question often asked about Pregnancy Reflexology is: Is it safe?
The answer to this is yes with caution during the first trimester. There is no evidence that reflexology during pregnancy can lead to miscarriage. However, many therapists will not treat during the first trimester as this is often felt that this is the more fragile time. I am fully qualified to give Maternity Reflexology. Always check that your Reflexologist has trained in maternity reflexology before undergoing treatment.
